The wrist strap ground system is the most effective method to dissipate to electrostatic charge from a person's body. In order to assure that personnel are properly grounded through the wrist strap. It must be periodically checked for its functional performance. KS-1060 monitors the wrist strap grounding system in total, integrity of strap function, proper ground connection and operator's proper wearing.

Wrist straps are of combination of conductive fibers to provide good wrist contact and a static discharge path through the insulated cord to ground. The cord contains a one megohm resistor within the fastener for protection.
Our wrist straps and cords provide a comfortable and safe way to drain static from personal before damage to sensitive devices.

A.Coil cord

Made of 22-gauge 12-strands copper and urethane jacket, have 100%instant recovery. A current-limiting one megohm resistor is molded into a snap on the cord, and the other end terminates in a standard banana plug alligator clip.

B.Wrist band

Made of 30-Denier 15-strands silver coated textile fibers and polyester fabric have the forces of constant-tension, flex-duribility, and compaction, which are typical of industrial applications do not adversely effect the conductivity.
Also fully washable without the loss of conductivity.
